Indo-Chinese Institution For Medical Research in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, and Allied Sciences, was founded in 1998 by the Master Acupuncturist DR.AFZAL HUSSAIN SHAH, having cooperation of Founder Patron DR.CHUNG HUAN YI along with other Surgeon and Physician, the Institute was registered under Government of Maharashtra, INDIA. Rendering the Honorary services at G.T.Government Hospital at Mumbai, from 1985 to 2004, DR.SHAH treated patients of ischemic heart disease with Acupuncture and traditional medicine which is a break through in science, avoiding surgeries.
